Regular School Schedule --
Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday starting at 7:55 and ending at 2:25.
Wednesday starts at 7:55 and ends at 1:10.
Intent to Return to Gilham for the 2024/25 School Year -- We are collecting information to start planning for next year and we need to know if your student is returning to Gilham. Please respond by May 24th. You will need to submit this for each of your children attending Gilham. Click here for the Intent to Return Form.
24-25 Kindergarten Registration – Do you know a child who will be 5 years old by September 1? It’s time to register them for kindergarten! Registering now will help your student and our school prepare for their first year. Contact the office for more information.
Parent and Family Engagement Survey – Thank you for taking a few minutes to complete this SURVEY. Your feedback will be used to inform our efforts to continually improve our district, our schools, and our partnership with parents to help students succeed.
If you have more than one student attending school in Eugene School District 4J and have had a different experience for different students, please fill out a separate survey for each student. That provides the schools with information specific to each student’s individual educational experience.

PTO Updates:
We have wrapped up Teacher Appreciation Week, the Earth Day Bottle Drive, and the Raffle. We want to thank everyone who supported these fundraisers!
Up next is our final event of the year, A Night Out at Gilham on May 29th. We need volunteers to make it happen. You can sign up through the link here or in our PTO newsletter.
Don't forget, this Thursday is our last PTO meeting of the year. During this meeting we will be voting for new Executive Board members. Please join us for a treat and final thoughts for the 23/24 school year.
