Hello Gilham Families,
Regular School Schedule — The doors will open at 7:50.
Monday – Thursday starting at 7:55 and ending at 2:25.
Friday starts at 7:55 and ends at 1:10.
Jogathon Update – As a building we ran 6,086 laps, which is around 1,000 miles. Raising $23,000 to go towards Special Enrichment Activities, which could include field trips, guest speakers, special assemblies, or classroom projects. Thank you for supporting Gilham!
Repeat – Library Books – Library books are due by June 2nd. Please help your child look for any missing books and try to get them turned in. Teachers should have a list of overdue books. If you are needing to pay for a book, fines can be paid through School Pay on our Gilham webpage under Donate or they can be sent to school with the student’s name, teacher’s name, title of the book and amount due. Please encourage students to keep looking and the fine will be canceled once the book is scanned back in.
REPEAT – Intent to Return to Gilham for the 2023/24 School Year — We are collecting information to start planning for next year and we need to know if your student is returning to Gilham. Please respond by May 26th. You will need to submit this for each of your children attending Gilham. Click here for the Intent to Return Form.
PTO Updates:
We will be selling $25 Track Town Pizza gift cards for $15 after school this week! Watch for us out front!!
Join us for our next #GilhamDinnerClub!
It is going to be at Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt on May 31st. 20% of those sales will come back to support Gilham! Flyers will be sent home this week.
Don’t forget the final PTO meeting for this year is June 1st at 5:30 in the library. We hope to see many faces to wrap up this great year!
