School Hours —
Monday – Thursday classes start at 7:55 and end at 2:25.
Friday classes start at 7:55 and end at 1:10.
Doors open at 7:40.
Class starts at 7:55 and students should be in the classroom at that time.
Kona Ice Fundraiser – The fundraiser is today at 3:00 on Honeywood. Come help support the Gilham PTO. Hope to see you there!
Student Attendance and Tardies — When your child is going to be late or absent from school, please call the attendance line at 541-790-6225, before 8:15 a.m. and inform the office staff. You may leave a message on the voice mail, if calling before office hours. Please leave the name of your child, their teacher’s name, and the reason for the absence. It is extremely important that this be done, as every child must be accounted for on a daily basis.
Birthday Treats – If you are wanting to send in birthday treats to your class, please connect with your teacher before sending them in. The treats need to follow the 4j health guidelines around snacks at school. Classes also have students with allergies or restrictions, so it is important to connect with the teacher. Goody bags are not given out at school for birthdays.
